Intro to Tumble is a 45 minute class for children ages 4-5. We teach the basic gymnastics body positions with a focus on stretching, balance, and coordination. The athlete will lpointed toe/flexed foot, forward rolls, log rolls, straddle rolls, and bridge ups. We utilize the trampoline for different jumps, balance beam, stepping stones, mats and musical games to enhance their learning environment!

This hour long beginner class is for children ages 6 and up. We cover all the basic tumbling skills with a focus on balance, flexibility, body awareness, and coordination. Proper technique of general skills such as forward roll, bridge up with straight legs, beginner tic toc, handstand against wedge mat, donkey kick, cartwheel, & connected hand cartwheel, need to be completed prior to moving on to Level 1 Advanced.

This hour long class is for ages 6 and up. Level 1 Beginner skills need to be completed prior to enrolling. In this class we focus on strength so that the child is able to hold up their own body weight. We continue to work on flexibility that is required for more advanced skills. Skills that need completed in this class include the roundoff rebound, one handed cartwheel, opposite side cartwheel, handstand on floor, handstand bridge, tic toc, and back walkover with spot.

This one hour class is for children ages 6 and up who have completed all the Level 1 skills. In this class we begin to focus on the proper techniques required for more advanced skills such as the front/back walkover and front/back handspring. Skills focus is the backward roll, handstand forward roll, front limber, roundoff rebound (leap and lunge approach), back walkover, perfected bridge, front handspring over panel, and back handspring on track with spot.

This 1 hour class is designed for athletes who have completed all the Level 1 & Level 2 skills. The focus in this class is power and proper technique. Athletes will begin to use their strength correctly to manage handsprings and combination passes. Skill focus is dive roll, front walkover, cartwheel back walkover, double back walkover, front bounder, back handspring, & roundoff BHS on trak with spot.

This 1 hour class is designed for athletes who have completed Handsprings 101. In this class we focus on proper body positions required to combine skills while maintaing power from start to finish. We also work drills in preparation for tucks. Skill focus is back walkover BHS, roundoff BHS, roundoff multiples, BHS stepout, front handspring, front walkover roundoff BHS, cartwheel BHS, forward roll BHS, front tuck on trak, & aerial on trak.

This 1 hour class is designed for the upper level athlete working on standing tucks, layouts, 1/2 twists, full twists & combination passes
